Our Safety Measures
The health and safety of our clients, tenants and team are our top priority amid the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Team members are supplied with face masks, face shields, gloves and hand sanitizer. Tools are sanitized regularly, if shared at all.
Maintaining a social distance of 2 metres is also mandatory, where possible.

- Wear a face covering while we are in your home
- Open room doors for easy access, if required to be inspected, so we can avoid touching handles
- Windows should also be open for good ventilation

Tenants must schedule an office appointment if required. Repair requests can be sent here.
Rental Viewing Appointments
A mask is mandatory to view any rental listings. Hand sanitizer is available inside all rentals at time of viewings.
If you have contracted or been in contact with someone who has contracted COVID-19, we request that you do not schedule an in person viewing, rather a virtual viewing instead.
All appointments will be asked a short questionnaire prior to confirming date/ time for safety measures and protocol.
